Job summary

ALSONS DEVELOPMENT & INVESTMENT CORPORATION in the Philippines seeks a licensed Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to lead land development operations, including vertical construction, property administration, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience, preferably in mall operations or commercial property management, and holds a valid driver's license. Proficiency in basic office software and AutoCAD is required, with strong leadership and customer-service mindset.

Qualifications
