Job summary

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) in Makati, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Property Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a commercial/office property. The role requires strong leadership, budget control, maintenance oversight, and effective communication with staff, service providers, and authorities.

You will implement standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive customer service to address resident inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
• At least four (4) years of relevant experience in handling a property with supervisory to managerial experience.
• Strong background in operations management, financial oversight, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English.
