Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a facilities maintenance supervisor in Chinatown. You will oversee Technicians, supervise on-site contractors, and drive preventive maintenance to ensure building systems run reliably.

The role requires a Diploma in Facility Management and at least 1 year in an office environment. Working hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with alternating Saturdays; base salary is 3,600 SGD plus AWS and a variable bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification in Facility Management or equivalent.
• 1 year of facility management experience, preferably in office environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead Technicians on preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems.
• Supervise on-site contractors and vendors to meet SLAs.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and manage fault reporting.
• Investigate issues and provide technical recommendations.
• Prepare maintenance reports and manage repair inventory.

Job Scope

• Oversee & lead Technicians on preventive and preventive maintenance of building systems to ensure operational reliability.
• Supervise on-site contractors and third-party vendors, ensuring all repairs and servicing comply with service level agreements
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to detect defects, manage the fault reporting system, and troubleshoot issues.
• Investigate critical issues, provide technical recommendations
• Prepare maintenance reports and manage inventory for repairs

Requirements

• Diploma Qualification in Facility Management or Equivalent
• 1 Year of Facility Management Experience preferably in Office Operation Set Up Environment
