The role requires 4–5 years of relevant experience in building/facilities management, and a Specialist Certificate in Building Condition Assessment; you will coordinate contractors and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,500 per month

Plan, prepare, monitor and update infrastructure maintenance programmes and project schedules.
Review and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
Lead technical investigations in response to fault calls and maintenance issues.
Review maintenance procedures, documentation and work schedules.
Monitor and track consumable and non-consumable items.
Review risk assessments in accordance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and Quality & Environmental Management System (QEMS) standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve time, cost and quality management.
Support the implementation of smart facilities management technologies and solutions.
Coordinate and manage contractors for maintenance and project works.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitoring expenditure for maintenance and project works.
Draft contract specifications for quotation and tender exercises.
Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Building, Facilities Management or a related field.
4–5 years of relevant working experience.
Specialist Certificate in Building Condition Assessment is required.
Able to coordinate contractors and manage maintenance-related activities independently.
