Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Staffing) is seeking a facilities maintenance engineer for an industrial site in Singapore. The role covers electrical, HVAC, utilities, and building systems under a 1-year contract with a competitive salary.

Transportation is provided and work hours align with standard day shifts. You will drive predictive maintenance and AI/IoT solutions, oversee utilities operations, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Facilities maintenance or engineering operations experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and project coordination skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of electrical, HVAC, utilities, and building systems.
• Drive reliability improvement initiatives, including predictive maintenance and AI/IoT solutions.
• Manage utilities operations, including power, water, gas, and energy monitoring systems.
• Lead facility repair, upgrade, and continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement maintenance strategies to improve operational efficiency and optimize costs.
