Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Building Manager / Building Manager in Kallang. This 2-year contract (renewable) offers roles for ABM and BM with respective salary bands and allowances.

• Degree holders with minimum 3 years relevant working experience in facilities management or build environment industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as an authorized representative of the Facilities Management Manager (FMM).
• Oversee day-to-day planning, management and operations of facilities management works and services on-site.
• Support performance auditing and assist in inspection audits.
• Ensure the performance of Facilities Management Manager Services for assigned buildings.
• Lead the operations team in managing the overall operation, maintenance and upkeep of the property.
• Manage building facilities including asset enhancement, supervision of contractors, and liaison with clients.
• Attend to feedback and service requests from clients and coordinate with contractors on maintenance matters.
• Compile and analyse operational data for continuous improvement.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

• BM Salary: $5000 to $6000 + $50 HP Allowances

• Location: Kallang

• 5 days work, Mon – Fri 8am to 6pm

• Diploma holders with minimum of 5 years relevant working experience and Degree holders with minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in facilities management or build environment industry.

• Must have experience in managerial role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform duties as an authorized representative of the Facilities Management Manager(FMM).

• Station on-site to oversee day-to-day planning, management and operations of facilitiesmanagement works and services.

• Present during performance auditing and render assistance to facilitate the completionof the performance auditing of the past inspection.

• Responsible for the performance of the Facilities Management Manager Services of thebuilding(s) assigned and other related facilities management issues.

• Supervise and lead the operations team in managing the overall operation,maintenance and upkeep of the property and facilities.

• Manage building’s facilities including but not limited to assets enhancement, supervisionof contractors, liaison with clients and facilities operation.

• Attend to feedback and service requests from clients and liaise with contractors on allmaintenance matters.

• Compile, collate and analyze operational data and reports for continuous improvement.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.
