Qualifications

- Detail-oriented with ability to handle policy inquiries and customer concerns.

- Assist with policy servicing and customer inquiries.
- Support policy administration tasks in a P&C account.
- Provide high-quality customer service and resolve issues efficiently.

Non-Life Insurance experience (Property & Casualty, Auto, Home Insurance)
BPO / Contact Center experience
Background in policy servicing, billing, policy administration, or customer support
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage policy inquiries and customer concerns
- College graduate with at least 12 months contact center experience, OR
- Completed at least 2 years in college with 18 months BPO experience
- Experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, or related customer support functions is highly preferred
