Cognizant Softvision, LLC is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with experience in Non-Life Insurance and a BPO/Contact Center environment to support a Property & Casualty insurance account.
Candidates should have policy servicing, billing, policy administration, or customer support background, and strong communication and detail‑oriented skills to handle policy inquiries and customer concerns.

- Non-Life Insurance experience (Property & Casualty, Auto, Home Insurance).
- BPO / Contact Center experience.

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with experience in Non-Life Insurance and a BPO/Contact Center environment to support a Property & Casualty insurance account.
Non-Life Insurance experience (Property & Casualty, Auto, Home Insurance)
BPO / Contact Center experience
Background in policy servicing, billing, policy administration, or customer support
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage policy inquiries and customer concerns
- College graduate with at least 12 months contact center experience, OR
- Completed at least 2 years in college with 18 months BPO experience
- Experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, or related customer support functions is highly preferred
