About the Role

Join a growing Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and leverage your expertise in Non-Life Insurance, customer service, and insurance operations. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Property, or Casualty Insurance within a BPO, Contact Center, or Shared Services environment.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) / Non-Life Insurance

• Background in Auto, Home, Property, or Casualty Insurance Accounts

• Experience in a BPO, Contact Center, Shared Services, or Insurance Operations environment

• Knowledge of policy servicing, policy administration, billing, endorsements, claims support, or customer service

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to support teams with process expertise, escalations, and quality improvements

Qualifications

• College graduate with at least 12 months of Contact Center experience, OR

• Completed at least 2 years in college with 18 months of BPO experience

• Experience in Insurance Operations, Policy Administration, Customer Service, Claims Support, Underwriting Support, or Billing Services is highly preferred

• Candidates with Property & Casualty Insurance experience will have a strong advantage
