Job summary
Cognizant is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with non-life insurance experience to support a Property & Casualty account in the Philippines. The role emphasizes policy servicing, billing, and customer support within a BPO/contact center environment.
The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of contact center experience or 18 months of BPO experience, plus college qualification. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential to handle policy inquiries and customer concerns
