The role focuses on securing product specifications in project designs, identifying new business opportunities, and converting projects into sales. The Project Sales Officer plays a critical role in expanding market presence, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring successful project execution through effective technical consultation, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.Sales Development & Business GrowthDrive sales growth by promoting LG Chillers and AHUs to developers, consultants, contractors, and end-users.Identify, develop, and pursue project opportunities to achieve sales targets and increase market share.Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders.Conduct regular client visits, project monitoring, and business development activities to generate new opportunities.Participate in pre-bid meetings, project negotiations, and customer consultations to strengthen project opportunities.Expand the customer and account base through proactive market penetration and networking activities.Technical Sales & Project SupportProvide technical and design support to consultants, developers, and project teams to secure product specifications in project designs.Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and solutions based on customer requirements and project specifications.Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and seminars to increase product awareness and acceptance.Respond to technical inquiries and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions aligned with project requirements.Conduct site visits, project inspections, and technical evaluations to support project development and implementation.Manage supplier accreditation requirements and other necessary documentation for project participation.Project Coordination & Customer ServiceCoordinate with service and technical teams regarding commissioning activities, technical support, and after-sales concerns.Work closely with the Logistics Team to ensure timely delivery and proper handling of equipment.Monitor project status and proactively address concerns that may affect project implementation and customer satisfaction.Ensure the quality and integrity of equipment deliveries from dispatch up to project site acceptance.Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong business relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with the Marketing Team in planning and executing project-focused marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities.Coordinate with the SSD Team regarding credit investigations, collections, sales order processing, and other commercial requirements.Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and achievement of sales objectives.What We're Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the HVAC industry.Proficiency in project sales processes, technical proposals, and product presentations.Strong understanding of Chillers, and AHUs, and their application in project designs.Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective interaction with developers and end-users.Ability to analyze project opportunities, provide technical support, and ensure successful project executionSkilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and project management software.Relevant certifications in sales or project management (e.g., PMP, HVAC certifications)Valid driver’s license and own personal car for client meetings and fieldworkPhysically fit and able to travel frequently to project sitesPreferably residing within Metro ManilaWhy Join Us?We believe in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth.
