UpraisIT is looking for an experienced Part-Time Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of enterprise software solutions for a client in the Construction and Hospitality industry.
The ideal candidate has strong experience managing HRIS, ERP, or other enterprise system implementation projects, with the ability to manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, technical teams, and internal leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed requirements.
Lead and manage software development, HRIS, ERP, and implementation projects from initiation through deployment and project closure
Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, deliverables, dependencies, and priorities
Coordinate with clients, developers, accounting/finance teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and other project stakeholders
Serve as a key point of coordination between client stakeholders and internal project teams
Manage and monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, action items, and project documentation
Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status meetings, requirements discussions, workshops, and other project-related sessions
Coordinate requirements gathering and business process discussions
Coordinate system configuration, customization, development, integrations, and implementation activities
Coordinate and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other testing activities
Ensure system deliverables align with approved business requirements and accounting/financial processes
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables
Provide regular project status updates, reports, and escalations to management and key stakeholders
Identify potential project delays, risks, and issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions
Ensure effective communication and alignment among business, accounting, functional, and technical teams
Coordinate system deployment, implementation readiness, and transition activities
Support successful project completion and closure
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Business, or related field
Strong experience in Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, and Full-Stack Development
Proven experience leading or architecting enterprise software implementation projects
Strong knowledge of frontend/backend development, APIs, databases, system integrations, and cloud architecture
Experience with React/Next.js, Node.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs, or similar modern technology stacks
Experience translating business requirements into scalable and practical technical solutions
Strong understanding of SDLC, system integration, testing, deployment, and implementation
Experience with HRIS, Payroll, ERP, Timekeeping, or Workforce Management systems is highly preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with cloud, DevOps/CI/CD, Agile, or enterprise system architecture is an advantage
Experience supporting Construction or Hospitality business processes is a plus
Willing to work 4 hours per day during Philippine dayshift hours and report onsite in Ortigas 1–2 times per week
