Role Description

We are looking for a strong and decisive ERP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP projects.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Makati. The role requires someone who can take control of a project, coordinate different teams, manage demanding stakeholders, and keep implementation moving even when challenges arise.

The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading ERP projects from planning and discovery through implementation, deployment, and post-implementation support

• Managing project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets

• Coordinating with clients, consultants, developers, management, and other stakeholders

• Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Translating business requirements into clear project objectives and actionable plans

• Monitoring project progress and addressing delays, risks, and issues proactively

• Holding project teams and stakeholders accountable for agreed deliverables and timelines

• Managing client expectations and communicating difficult issues clearly and professionally

• Making timely decisions when project direction, priorities, or resources need to change

• Ensuring ERP implementations follow established methodologies, standards, and best practices

• Providing regular project updates, status reports, and risk assessments to management

• Taking ownership of project outcomes from start to finish

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP Project Management

• Strong experience in ERP implementation and project delivery

• Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into project plans

• Demonstrated experience in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent project management and organizational abilities

• Strong stakeholder and client management skills

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams

• Strong decision-making skills and the confidence to make difficult calls when necessary

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure

• Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions such as Odoo or similar ERP platforms is an advantage

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
