Job summary

UpraisIT is seeking a Part-Time Project Manager to lead HRIS/ERP implementations for a client in Construction and Hospitality. You will manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong experience in HRIS/ERP projects, enterprise software implementations, and collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and leadership. Hybrid work with onsite presence in Ortigas 1–2 times per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Software Eng/Business.
• Strong experience in solution architecture and enterprise software implementations.
• Experience leading HRIS/ERP or similar systems implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software HRIS/ERP implementation projects from initiation to deployment and closure.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure deliverables.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project.
