Job summary

KMZD GROUP seeks a detail-oriented Technology Project Specialist to drive successful software and technology initiatives. You will coordinate activities, maintain trackers, and work with cross-functional teams through planning to implementation.

The role requires coordinating multiple projects, ensuring timelines, and supporting SDLC and Agile activities. Hybrid work setup with a Monday–Friday schedule is offered, providing exposure to technology projects and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technology or software project management.
• Experience with SaaS, web/mobile apps, or eCommerce solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and ensure deliverables meet timelines.
• Maintain project trackers, schedules, documentation, and progress reports.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technology Project Specialist to help drive the successful delivery of software and technology initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and ensure deliverables remain aligned with agreed timelines.

• Maintain project trackers, schedules, documentation, and progress reports.

• Work with different teams to identify project requirements and dependencies.

• Monitor project milestones and immediately raise potential delays or concerns.

• Communicate project updates to clients, management, and internal stakeholders.

• Assist teams throughout different phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Support Agile activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Help coordinate software implementation, deployment, and release activities.

• Manage priorities across multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.

• Assist in resolving project-related concerns and maintaining effective team collaboration.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience in technology or software project management.

• Experience working with SaaS, web applications, mobile applications, or eCommerce solutions is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project environments.

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Experience coordinating a small to mid-sized project team is preferred.

• Able to manage timelines, priorities, risks, and project dependencies.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
