We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technology Project Specialist to help drive the successful delivery of software and technology initiatives.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy coordinating teams, managing project timelines, working with stakeholders, and supporting technology solutions from planning to implementation.
Coordinate project activities and ensure deliverables remain aligned with agreed timelines.
Maintain project trackers, schedules, documentation, and progress reports.
Work with different teams to identify project requirements and dependencies.
Monitor project milestones and immediately raise potential delays or concerns.
Communicate project updates to clients, management, and internal stakeholders.
Assist teams throughout different phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Support Agile activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Help coordinate software implementation, deployment, and release activities.
Manage priorities across multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Assist in resolving project-related concerns and maintaining effective team collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in technology or software project management.
Experience working with SaaS, web applications, mobile applications, or eCommerce solutions is an advantage.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project environments.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience coordinating a small to mid-sized project team is preferred.
Able to manage timelines, priorities, risks, and project dependencies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
