Job Description
The Project Manager is tasked with overseeing all assigned projects, monitoring their progress and completion, and ensuring that they meet the expectations of the clients.
Responsibilities
- Handles IT projects specialized in Data Center Infrastructure, Structured Cabling, Information Security and Endpoint Solutions, Network and Gateway Security, and Software Solutions and Development.
- Manages projects from Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing, in line with the PMI standards.
- Manages the implementation of large-scale and high-complexity projects.
- Monitors project progress against plans and schedules, identifying and resolving problems, and updating project plans as needed.
- Leads the project team. Plans and schedules project resources efficiently.
- Manages and controls the project expenses to meet the allocated budget for each project.
- Ensures stakeholder satisfaction and maintains contact with customers for feedback.
- Provides project status reports to ensure alignment with the company standards and adherence to budgets and set deadlines. Weekly reporting to the PMO Manager is required.
- Maintains project records, including meeting minutes, activity reports, and project documents.
- Maintains (with regular training and updates as necessary) the knowledge, technical skills, and qualifications that are necessary to perform the job role.

- Experience: Project Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- License/Certification: PMP/ APMP (Preferred)
- A bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related field.
- A minimum of two years experience in a project management role
- Strong skills in leadership, conflict management, negotiation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
