Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a Project Management Specialist to lead dynamic software delivery for E-Commerce and SaaS initiatives in Metro Manila. You will oversee project execution from kickoff to release, collaborating with cross-functional development teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

The role requires expertise in SDLC frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), hands-on release management, and proactive risk handling, with leadership of 5–10 person teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant technical fields.
• 2+ years of tech project management experience focusing on SaaS or E-Commerce solutions.
• Strong practical knowledge of SDLC frameworks including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Hands-on experience in resource deployment, release management, and software build cycles.
• Proactive risk management, clear decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate detailed work plans, team structures, and risk management strategies with PMO leadership.
• Lead daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog preparation, demos, and retrospectives.
