MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to delivery and to serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams.
The role balances traditional project management with Agile facilitation to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals. The position requires 5–8 years of PM/Agile delivery experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and good communication skills.

The Agile Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from initiation to delivery while also serving as a Scrum Master for Agile teams. The position ensures that projects are executed efficiently, teams are empowered, and delivery aligns with business goals. It requires a balance of traditional project management discipline and Agile facilitation skills.
Manage project delivery across the full lifecycle – Plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met. (~30%)
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and practices – Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, leading daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. (~20%)
Identify and manage risks and issues – Proactively surface blockers, dependencies, and risks, and work with teams to resolve them. (~10%)
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams – Work closely with product owners, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. (~15%)
Track and report project progress – Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and regular status updates for stakeholders and leadership, all in compliance with PMO frameworks, tools, and governance requirements. (~15%)
Support continuous improvement – Encourage Agile best practices, team collaboration, and process enhancements to improve delivery outcomes. (~10%)
Financial Measures:
Delivery within approved budget
Cost efficiency through improved team velocity or reduced cycle time
Non-Financial Measures:
Sprint velocity and team performance metrics
Stakeholder satisfaction
Timely delivery of milestones
Quality of deliverables (e.g., defect rates, rework)

Product Owners
Development and QA teams

PMO and Senior Management
External:
Vendors or third‑party service providers (if applicable)
Clients or partners (depending on project scope)
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
5–8 years of experience in project management and/or Agile delivery
Experience managing cross‑functional teams and complex projects
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
PMP or other project management certification is a plus
Strong communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable working in both Agile and traditional project environments
Reports directly to the Product Owner / Head of PMO
Work Location: AIA Head Office, Makati City
Work Set‑Up: Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite per week
