Project Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of software development projects under the guidance of senior project managers. The Project Specialist assists in tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, facilitating team communication, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope. This role is critical for contributing to the successful delivery of software projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, Engineering, or related fields
• Has 1–2 years experience in project management or similar roles (Experience in Software/IT is a major plus)
• Strong communication, proactivity, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
