Job summary

Sean Andrew Engineering Services is seeking a Civil Estimator to join our team in Antipolo. You will analyze project blueprints, prepare quantity take-offs, and develop detailed cost estimates for earthworks, concrete structures, and site development.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, experience in estimation or costing for civil works, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Excel or similar tools. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.

Job description

Key responsibilities

• Analyze project blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications for civil works (earthworks, concrete structures, site development, and fencing)

• Prepare accurate Quantity Take-Offs (QTO) and detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment

• Source and negotiate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing

• Collaborate with the engineering and bids team to prepare winning project proposals

About you

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

• Experience in estimation, costing, or structural design specifically for Civil Works is highly preferred

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Excel, or standard estimation software

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
