VTSA International Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee elevator and escalator projects from kickoff to client turnover. You will coordinate site activities, monitor progress, and ensure safety compliance while communicating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

VTSA International Inc. is looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Engineer to oversee the implementation of elevator and escalator projects from project commencement to final client turnover. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams. This role requires strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
Organize and manage assigned elevator and escalator projects from project kickoff until completion.
Develop project implementation schedules and monitor progress against established timelines.
Coordinate project requirements with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal departments.
Ensure project milestones are achieved within the approved schedule and budget.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation activities and verify compliance with approved engineering drawings and specifications.
Supervise installation teams and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and productivity.
Identify construction issues and recommend practical engineering solutions to minimize project delays.
Track daily and weekly project accomplishments and prepare progress updates for Management.
Monitor manpower utilization, material availability, and equipment requirements throughout project execution.
Coordinate deliveries and ensure critical materials arrive on schedule.
Assist in system testing, inspection, commissioning, and project acceptance.
Ensure all deficiencies are corrected before project handover.
Support the preparation of turnover documents, inspection records, and project completion reports.
Promote compliance with company quality standards and occupational safety requirements.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure work is performed according to approved procedures.
Report safety concerns and recommend corrective actions whenever necessary.
Serve as the primary engineering contact for assigned projects.
Attend coordination meetings and provide clients with project updates.
Address technical concerns promptly and maintain professional client relationships.
Prepare engineering reports, accomplishment reports, project documentation, and as-built records.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, inspections, variations, and technical correspondence.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required.
At least one (2) year of experience in construction, engineering, elevator, escalator, or MEP projects is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Willing to travel to project sites and work on field assignments.
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
