Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Review contracts, scope of work, and project drawings upon award
• Develop and execute Project Execution Plans, monitor timelines, milestones, and resources
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Installation, T&C teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients
• Track billing milestones, monitor expenses, manage variations, and ensure cash flow
• Ensure project quality, compliance with safety standards, and readiness for Testing & Commissioning
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation and submit project status reports
• Lead project teams, foster accountability, structured communication, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
• Minimum 23 years of project management or coordination experience in elevators, construction, or related industries
• Knowledge of project planning, cost control, and quality assurance processes
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and documentation practices
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders effectively
