Job summary

VTSA International Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee elevator and escalator projects from kickoff to client turnover. You will coordinate site activities, monitor progress, and ensure safety compliance while communicating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
• Willing to travel to project sites and work on field assignments.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in construction, engineering, elevator, escalator, or MEP projects is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply.
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage elevator and escalator projects from kickoff to completion.
• Develop implementation schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
• Coordinate requirements with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor milestones within budget and schedule; ensure timely delivery.
• Supervise installation teams and subcontractors for quality workmanship.
• Conduct site visits and verify compliance with drawings and specs.
• Assist in testing, system commissioning, and project turnover.
