Job summary

Conmech Construction & Development Corporation seeks a Civil/Architectural qualified engineer with at least 3 years of experience for on-site leadership in Metro Manila.

The role requires ensuring safety, adherence to approved plans, and timely progress reporting. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is essential, with preference given to those with high-end residential construction exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction.
• Experience in high-end residential construction is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Will be assigned along Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve on-time results with quality assurance in completing the project.
• During project, ensure safety measures on-site.
• Ensure conformity with approved plans and specifications.
• Submit weekly and/or monthly progress reports to be presented to the client.
• Review technical specifications and recommend changes.
• Set an efficient and timely schedule for the purchase of equipment and raw materials.
• Manage and ensure timely completion of the project assigned.
• Perform project coordination and attend site construction meetings.
• Timely presentation of progress reports.
