Job summary

R & E Espiritu Builders Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Civil Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and preferably a licensed professional. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience in civil/construction projects and is capable of supervising contracted staff on site.

You will prepare site reports, handle related documents, and manage billings, change orders, take-offs, and basic technical writings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering; professional licensure is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferably 1–3 years in Civil/Construction/Structural engineering.
• Experience supervising contracted staff.
• Experience in site report preparation and filing of related documents.
• Proficiency in billings, change orders, technical writings, quantities take-offs and estimates (Quantity Surveying).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented, team player with strong interpersonal skills; hardworking and confident.

Responsibilities
