Job summary

Wimmer Solutions Philippines seeks an Operations Support Coordinator to partner with OPE and Area Managers to identify tasks and milestones ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets.

You will liaise between customer systems (P2), internal systems (OFS), and field documentation, review databases for accuracy, and input production data to verify revenue processing while escalating risks as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Project Coordination.
• Ability to read maps, drawings and diagrams for project build.
• Understanding of permitting processes and rules research.
• Able to coordinate with internal/external teams and managers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• You will be the liaison and auditor between customer system, internal system, and field documentation.
• Review customer and internal databases and adjust to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and document tasks and milestones to deliver on time and budget.
• Ensure billing documentation is accurate per contract.
• Translate and input crew production data onto digital job site print for revenue processing
• Escalate issues that could delay project or impact budget
