UpSkill MNL, Inc. is seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day tasks across scheduling, logistics, and staff coordination in the Philippines. The role focuses on ensuring timely completion of projects and maintaining comprehensive records of all activities.

The candidate should be comfortable with field work and roving across the assigned cluster, with strong MS Office/Google Suite skills for reporting and virtual meeting tools such as Zoom/Meet/Teams.

Competenze

• College graduate of any course.
• Has experience being a Coordinator in Retail/Merchandising/Promotions.
• Able to use a laptop and MS Office for report creation.
• Able to use Zoom/Meet or Teams for virtual meetings.

• Ensure that all operational activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations tasks, such as scheduling, logistics, and staff management.
• Helps assigned teams meet and exceed their goals and objectives.
