Job summary

Promo Exchange Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Area Coordinator to supervise day-to-day field operations across the designated area. You will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects run on time, within scope, and in compliance with company policies.

You will lead field personnel, manage schedules, document progress, and drive process improvements while traveling frequently to field sites to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience in operations, field coordination, project management, or area supervision.
• Experience handling field personnel, suppliers, or third-party agencies is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of project coordination, scheduling, documentation, and report preparation.
• Willing to travel frequently and conduct field visits throughout the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily field operations within the assigned area.
• Supervise field personnel to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower deployment, and operational requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address operational concerns.
• Prepare and submit operational reports and project updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Resolve operational and personnel issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
