Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in coordination or project support.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts and processes.
• Experience with financial tracking, reporting, or project systems is desirable.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Deputy PMs in coordinating and administrating project portfolios.
• Maintain and update project trackers, including financials and invoicing.
• Prepare data for project reviews and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Assist in tracking project financial performance and budgets.
• Provide invoicing support and track action items from reviews.
• Support data accuracy across project systems and tools.
• Coordinate with Project Finance Support, project teams, and KAMs to resolve data gaps.
• Assist with procurement administration tasks and record-keeping.
