Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Cagayan de Oro. This hybrid, dayshift role covers the full recruitment cycle, from posting roles to endorsing candidates and coordinating interviews and offers.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, refine sourcing channels, and provide regular updates while staying current on industry trends and recruitment tools. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of recruitment operations preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process for all assigned tracks, ensuring timely and effective completion of the client’s hiring requirements.
• Address hiring managers’ requests and inquiries promptly.
• Conduct calibration sessions with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
• Create and update job postings on the company’s website and job portals.
• Develop and enhance sourcing channels to access new labor pools.
• Screen applications to ensure candidates meet required credentials, skills, and experience.
• Endorse candidates to hiring managers for review and provide regular hiring updates.
• Facilitate the hiring process, including interviews, employment contracts, and job offers.
• Conduct client-specific tests and manage recruitment tools and processes.
• Provide hiring updates and reports to stakeholders, including Operations and Human Resources.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor intelligence, and sourcing best practices.
• Ensure accurate tracking and data management in recruitment systems.
• Support additional tasks related to recruitment and professional development.

Preferred Skills / Expertise

• Interest in recruitment, sourcing, and HR processes, particularly in the call center/BPO industry in the Philippines.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Analytical problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
