Job summary

Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate/Specialist (Project-Based) in Manila to handle end-to-end recruitment. You will source, screen, and profile candidates, present qualified candidates to the hiring manager, and coordinate interview scheduling with the team.

The role requires working onsite in a fast-paced BPO environment, with mid or night shift coverage and strong communication skills to support hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or HR.
• 6–12 months of BPO recruitment experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Willing to work onsite and mid/night shift.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirements.
• Profile initial and behavioral interviews and present candidates to the hiring manager.
• Coordinate scheduling of departmental interviews with the appropriate hiring manager.
• Encode necessary information into the system accurately.
• Support the entire team in meeting hiring targets.
