Job summary

DBOS in the Philippines is seeking an HR Recruitment Specialist to drive talent acquisition strategies, screen candidates, and support hiring managers across the organization. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring alignment with business needs.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in BPO or shared services, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Psychology or related field.
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Background in BPO or shared services preferred.
• People oriented and results driven.
• Excellent in sourcing and screening.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Implement the recruitment and selection process.
• Determine applicant requirements via job descriptions and qualifications.
• Attract applicants by posting effective ads and using social media.
• Conduct in-person or phone interviews and administer assessments.
• Perform reference and background checks.
• Coordinate interviews and send schedules/reminders.
• Prepare onboarding programs and orient new hires.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain personnel records.
