Job summary

Six Eleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. is seeking a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist to join our growing team in the Philippines.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and operational roles and partner with hiring managers to meet hiring needs. You will source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media and referrals, coordinate interviews, assess candidates, and negotiate offers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with BPO or seasonal/high-volume hiring is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with ability to manage candidates.
• Good communication and organizational skills; able to juggle priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for corporate and operational roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and create recruitment strategies.

We’re looking for a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist to join our growing recruitment team! If you have experience in BPO recruitment, corporate hiring, or seasonal/high-volume recruitment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for corporate and operational roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews, conduct candidate assessments, negotiate offers, and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), build talent pipelines, and ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition is preferred.
• BPO or seasonal/high-volume recruiters are welcome to apply!
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for international markets (U.S., Canada, Australia, or the U.K.)
