GRAND LINE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT CORPORATION is seeking a Professional Sales Representative to drive revenue in Cagayan de Oro and manage key hospital accounts.
You will provide product presentations, technical support, and application assistance while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service. A nursing or related degree and 1–2 years in medical device sales are preferred.

The Professional Sales Representative is responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while managing key accounts and building strong customer relationships. The role also provides product expertise, technical support, market intelligence, and exceptional customer service to drive business growth.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets and drive growth across product lines.
Manage key accounts and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Provide product presentations, technical support, and application assistance to customers and hospital staff.
Maintain excellent product knowledge and independently support product-related cases.
Prepare weekly sales reports and monthly business reviews.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and product usage.
Gather and report market intelligence to support sales strategies.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Field Service, and other teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, General Science, or a related field preferred.
1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically, solve problems, and identify opportunities.
Results-oriented, adaptable, ethical, and committed to continuous learning.
Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage customer accounts independently.
Willing to travel, including local/interstate and occasional overseas travel, as required.
Willing to work outside regular hours when necessary.
