You will manage direct communications with medical staff, doctors, and hospital personnel to ensure premium equipment remains their top choice. You will proactively evaluate profitable accounts, attend product launches and medical conventions, and cultivate long-term professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Health Allied course or related business field.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and territory management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of field work.

About the role

• Drive sales growth and continuously evaluate profitable accounts and territories to maximize market reach.
• Actively build, maintain, and nurture strong professional relationships with medical staff, doctors, and hospital administration.
• Attend to clients and customers regarding product inquiries, ensuring direct, clear, and professional communication to address their specific equipment needs.
• Initiate and drive product awareness across your territory, representing the company at product launches, medical conventions, and brand events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity within your territory to identify new business opportunities.

About you

• Graduate of any Health Allied course (Nursing, Physical Therapy, Biology, etc.) or a related business field.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and territory management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working efficiently in the field.
