Job summary

Six Eleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist in the Philippines to conduct sessions for fresh hires and equip them with production skills. You will educate, coach, and prepare trainees for successful deployment and work with stakeholders to tailor training plans.

The ideal candidate has prior trainer experience in a BPO, strong communication and presentation abilities, and the discipline to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• With previous experience as a Trainer, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Background in e-commerce, customer service, or retention is an advantage.
• Resilient, diligent, and highly responsible.
• Demonstrates strong work ethics and professionalism.
• Understands the responsibilities and expectations of the Trainer role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for new hires and provide the necessary knowledge and skills for production.
• Educate, coach, and prepare trainees for successful production deployment.
• Develop and implement training plans based on business and operational requirements.
• Prepare and submit required daily training reports and other documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding training requirements and updates.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and feedback when necessary.
