Job summary

Six Eleven Philippines BPO Corporation in Davao City is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deploy onboarding programs for production teams. You will design curricula, schedule sessions, and ensure new hires reach readiness for deployment.

The role requires strong coaching and presentation skills, resilience, and a hands-on approach to deliver effective training onsite. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to meet performance goals and maintain training reports.

Qualifications

• With previous work experience as a Trainer.
• Background in E-commerce, Customer Service, or Retention is highly preferred.
• Resilient, diligent, and committed to achieving training goals.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
• Understands the responsibilities and importance of the Trainer role.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop new hires for production deployment.
• Educate and prepare trainees to meet production requirements.
• Create and follow daily training plans and reports.
• Ensure trainees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills before deployment.
• Conduct training activities for both internal and external requirements.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching when needed.
