ANG GLOBAL VENTURES INC. is seeking an experienced Food Production Supervisor to lead a team on the factory floor, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant daily operations.
You will supervise the production staff, assign tasks and shifts, monitor performance, and drive on-time outputs while minimizing waste and downtime.
Responsibilities include enforcing HACCP and GMP, conducting routine quality checks, coordinating with procurement and maintenance, and reporting metrics to the Plant Manager.
We are seeking an experienced and leadership-driven Food Production Supervisor to oversee our daily manufacturing operations. In this role, you will lead a team of production staff, ensure shift targets are met, and guarantee compliance with all safety, quality, and food hygiene standards.
Supervise, train, and motivate the production staff. Assign daily tasks, manage shift schedules, and monitor individual and team performance.
Oversee the daily production line workflow to ensure efficiency, minimize waste, and meet strict output quotas and deadlines.
Enforce adherence to HACCP, GMP, and company-specific food safety and hygiene protocols. Oversee regular quality control checks on batches.
Monitor ingredient and packaging material stock levels. Coordinate with procurement and planning teams to prevent production downtime.
Monitor machinery performance. Schedule routine cleaning/sanitation between runs and coordinate with maintenance technicians for repairs or servicing.
Document and report daily production metrics, yield rates, attendance, and any safety incidents or equipment failures to the Plant Manager.
Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a food manufacturing, processing, or packaging facility.
High school diploma required; a degree in Food Science, Manufacturing Management, or a related field is a strong advantage.
Current HACCP, Food Safety Supervisor (FSS), or advanced food hygiene certification is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and team-building capabilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in basic computer software (Excel, ERP systems, or production tracking software).
Ability to stand and walk the factory floor for the duration of an 8 to 12-hour shift.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, nights, weekends, or rotating shifts.
Comfortable working in varied environments (e.g., loud machinery noise, hot processing areas, or refrigerated rooms).
