Job summary

Centennial Food Corporation is seeking a Plant Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing plant operations in the Philippines. You will coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, Logistics and HR to ensure targets, quality, and food safety are met, while managing manpower and equipment efficiency.

Ideal candidates hold a related degree and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in FMCG manufacturing, with knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety. Flexibility for shifting schedules is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing/FMCG operations with supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, or extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities based on approved production schedules.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the required timeline and standards.
• Monitor production output, downtime, rejects, rework, and material usage.
• Ensure proper implementation of production procedures, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise, assign, and monitor production personnel according to operational requirements.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, productivity, discipline, and performance.
• Ensure all production activities comply with quality standards and food safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Maintenance regarding machine breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and equipment concerns.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field

About the role

The Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing plant to ensure that production targets, product quality, food safety, manpower utilization, equipment efficiency, and company policies are consistently achieved. The position supervises production activities and coordinates with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, Logistics, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

About you
