Qualifications

Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related engineering course.
Fresh graduates may be considered with internship exposure in manufacturing.
Experience in poultry processing or food manufacturing is a plus.
Knowledge of production processes, equipment operations, quality control and safety.

Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily dressing plant operations to ensure efficient production, consistent product quality, and compliance with food safety and operational standards. The role leads production personnel, monitors processing activities and equipment performance, and ensures that production targets are achieved while maintaining proper sanitation, safety, and biosecurity practices.

Qualifications

Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related engineering course
Fresh graduates may be considered, with relevant exposure or internship experience in manufacturing or production
Experience in poultry processing, food manufacturing, production operations, or a similar industry is an advantage
Knowledgeable in production processes, equipment operations, quality control, and workplace safety
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily dressing plant production activities and ensure that production targets, schedules, and operational requirements are met
Monitor processing flow, manpower utilization, equipment performance, and production output to minimize delays and operational downtime
Ensure compliance with product quality, food safety, sanitation, safety, and biosecurity standards throughout the production process
Lead, coach, and monitor production personnel to promote productivity, proper work practices, and adherence to standard operating procedures
Analyze production performance, identify operational issues, and coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and other departments to implement corrective and improvement actions
