Qualifications

Graduate of Business Administration, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Information Accounting, IT, Agriculture or related course.
Experience in logistics, transport coordination, or plant operations is advantageous.
Knowledge of delivery scheduling, routing, and logistics documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily logistics activities including delivery scheduling and dispatching of materials and products.
Monitor delivery status and ensure timely arrival of shipments to and from the plant.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and transport providers for efficient material flow.
Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documents, delivery receipts, and reports.
Address and resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and cost control.

Job Summary

This role ensures timely deliveries, efficient dispatching, and accurate documentation while coordinating closely with production, warehouse, and transport partners.
