Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or related course.
• Experience operating machinery in poultry processing/food manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of machine operation, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor dressing plant machinery according to SOPs.
• Ensure proper machine settings, production flow, and output to meet targets.
• Inspect machines and report abnormalities, breakdowns, and safety concerns.
• Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance as required.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, safety, and biosecurity standards.

Job Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery used in the dressing plant. The role ensures that equipment operates safely and efficiently while supporting the continuous processing of quality dressed chicken products in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or any related course
• Previous experience operating machinery in a poultry processing plant, food manufacturing facility, or similar industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of machine operation, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor dressing plant machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
• Ensure proper machine settings, production flow, and output to support daily processing targets
• Conduct routine inspections and report machine abnormalities, breakdowns, and safety concerns
• Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance activities as required
• Follow food safety, sanitation, occupational safety, and biosecurity standards throughout the operation
