Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections and monitoring throughout the dressed chicken processing operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, GMP, HACCP, and company quality standards.
• Monitor product quality, handling, storage, and processing conditions to identify and prevent quality issues.
• Document inspection results, non-conformities, corrective actions, and other quality-related records.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and other concerned departments to address quality concerns and support continuous improvement.

Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that dressed chicken products meet GAMA Foods Corporation's quality, food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards. The role monitors dressing plant operations, conducts quality inspections, verifies process compliance, and supports continuous improvement to maintain safe and high-quality poultry products.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Food Technology or any related course
• Experience in quality assurance, food manufacturing, poultry processing, or related industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, GMP, HACCP, and quality control practices
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
