GAMA Foods Corporation, a leading poultry producer in the Philippines, seeks a Broiler Harvest Supervisor to oversee harvest operations on the Bukidnon farm. You will lead the harvest team, coordinate with logistics, and ensure humane handling and biosecurity compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, physical stamina, and a detail-oriented approach, with on-site stay-in arrangements including meals and accommodation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Poultry Science, or related course, or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Knowledge of broiler farm operations, harvesting procedures, and biosecurity protocols
Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet operational deadlines
Willingness to stay on-site at the farm

Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, and motivate harvest personnel to ensure efficient execution of broiler harvest activities
Collaborate with farm supervisors and live haul logistics to ensure seamless transfer of harvested birds to transport trucks
Implement regular cleaning and disinfection routines for equipment and facilities to maintain a sterile environment
Monitor harvest processes to ensure compliance with animal welfare and biosecurity standards
Maintain accurate harvest records and report performance metrics to farm management

Job Summary

The Broiler Harvest Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the harvest operations on the broiler farm. This role ensures that all birds are handled efficiently and humanely, production targets are met, and biosecurity and safety standards are maintained. The supervisor leads the harvest team and coordinates closely with logistics and farm personnel for smooth operations.
