Job summary
GAMA Foods Corporation, a top poultry integrator in the Philippines, seeks a Production Supervisor for the Dressing Plant in Iloilo. You will oversee daily operations, guide production personnel, and ensure quality, safety, and biosecurity compliance to meet targets.

Qualifications
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related engineering course.
- Fresh graduates may be considered with internship exposure in manufacturing.
- Experience in poultry processing or food manufacturing is a plus.
- Knowledge of production processes, equipment operations, quality control and safety.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily dressing plant production activities and meet targets and schedules.
- Monitor flow, manpower, equipment performance, and output to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with product quality, food safety, sanitation, safety and biosecurity standards.
