Our client is establishing a new fragrance manufacturing plant in Caloocan City as part of its continued business growth and operational expansion.
We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR who will oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities, lead production personnel, ensure consistent product quality, and help establish efficient and disciplined production operations within the new facility.

Supervise and oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, schedules, quality requirements, and operational priorities are achieved.
Plan, organize, and coordinate daily production activities based on approved production requirements and schedules.
Monitor manufacturing processes from preparation through production and completion to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
Monitor daily production output and ensure completed products meet established specifications and production requirements.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and other production resources.
Identify production bottlenecks, delays, and operational issues and implement or recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Support production readiness and operational requirements of the company's new manufacturing facility.
Lead, supervise, coach, and provide day-to-day direction to production personnel.
Organize manpower deployment and work assignments according to production priorities and operational requirements.
Monitor employee productivity, attendance, work performance, discipline, and adherence to established procedures.
Orient and train new production personnel on manufacturing procedures, quality requirements, safety practices, and workplace standards.
Promote teamwork, accountability, discipline, and a culture of quality within the production team.
Identify training and development needs to continuously improve the capabilities of production personnel.
Ensure products are consistently manufactured according to established quality standards, product specifications, and approved production procedures.
Ensure strict implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), sanitation requirements, safety standards, and applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
Monitor compliance with established production controls and manufacturing procedures throughout the production process.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance/Quality Control on product quality concerns, deviations, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
Support investigations and implementation of corrective and preventive measures for recurring production or quality issues.
Maintain proper workplace organization, cleanliness, sanitation, and production-area discipline.
Coordinate production requirements, manpower availability, materials, equipment, and schedules to support uninterrupted operations.
Monitor the availability and proper usage of raw materials, packaging materials, supplies, and other production requirements.
Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Inventory, Purchasing, and other concerned teams regarding material availability and production requirements.
Monitor material usage, production yield, wastage, and variances and elevate significant issues when necessary.
Help ensure proper handling, identification, storage, and movement of materials within the production area.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of production records, batch documentation, monitoring sheets, and other required manufacturing documents.
Review production reports and records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.
Monitor and report key production indicators such as output, productivity, yield, wastage, downtime, and production variances.
Maintain appropriate production documentation to support traceability, quality control, operational monitoring, and management reporting.
Provide regular production updates and elevate significant operational concerns to Management.
Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, workflow, productivity, quality, and resource utilization.
Recommend and support initiatives aimed at reducing production delays, wastage, rework, downtime, and other operational inefficiencies.
Assist in developing, reviewing, and improving production procedures, workflows, controls, and operating standards.
Support the standardization of production processes as manufacturing operations grow.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and help establish practical solutions to recurring production challenges.
Coordinate closely with Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Warehouse, Inventory, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Management to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations.
Work with concerned departments in resolving equipment, material, quality, manpower, and production-related concerns.
Support plant start-up activities and implementation of production systems, procedures, and operational controls for the new facility.
Participate in production meetings, operational reviews, audits, and other plant activities as required.
Perform other production and plant-related responsibilities that may be assigned by Management.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Technology, or another relevant science, engineering, or manufacturing-related field.
Preferably with at least 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production operations.
Candidates with experience in fragrance, perfume, cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or other related manufacturing environments are highly encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of production processes, GMP, quality standards, process controls, documentation, and manufacturing operations.
Experience in supervising production personnel, manpower allocation, production scheduling, and monitoring daily output.
Familiarity with batch manufacturing, raw material handling, production documentation, inventory coordination, and quality control processes is an advantage.
Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to coach, guide, and develop production personnel.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and resolve production and operational issues.
Good analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Willing to work onsite in Caloocan City.
