What You’ll Do
As our Production Supervisor, you will lead and oversee production operations to ensure efficiency, product quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, train, guide, and monitor Team Leaders and Production Operators to ensure they perform their duties efficiently while consistently meeting company quality standards.
- Ensure production has all necessary operational supplies, including storage bins, packaging materials, silicon spray, cutters, gloves, and production reports. Conduct regular production floor inspections to monitor machine conditions, workplace cleanliness, production efficiency, and reject rates while ensuring production targets are achieved.
- Update and maintain production monitoring boards to ensure accurate scheduling and inventory balance. Coordinate closely with the Production Planner by immediately reporting completed job orders for the next production schedule.
- Monitor and report machine breakdowns, mold issues, and material concerns to management. During the night shift, make sound operational decisions when immediate management support is unavailable to minimize downtime and prevent production delays.
- Champion and maintain excellent 5S housekeeping standards throughout the production area, especially during shift turnover.
- Coordinate mold changes and material changes with the Maintenance and other concerned departments to ensure smooth production transitions.
- Perform other duties and special assignments as required by management.
Job Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- College Level, Vocational Graduate, Technical Course Graduate, or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or related production environment
- At least 1 year of experience in a Supervisory or Team Leader role

Work Schedule
