Job summary

GA HR Consultancy Inc. presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing activities at the new fragrance plant in Caloocan City.

You will oversee production, supervise staff, ensure GMP, quality, and compliance, and help establish efficient processes as the plant starts up. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a passion for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• Experience in fragrance, perfume, cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, quality standards, process controls, and batch documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet production targets and schedules.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily production activities based on requirements.
• Monitor processes from preparation to completion for consistency and efficiency.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Lead and develop production personnel to achieve quality and discipline.
• Ensure GMP, SOPs, sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with QA, warehouse, and purchasing on materials and production needs.
• Maintain production records, reports, and KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
