Job summary

Tadhana Fragrances Corp. in Pasig is seeking a Production Staff to blend, fill, crimp, collar and box fragrances in a GMP facility. The role ensures clean, organized production daily and records output as it happens.

You will work under the Production Lead, following written procedures, and report daily output, yields, and material usage. Prior production or manufacturing experience is advantageous, especially in FDA-regulated settings.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate.
• Detail-oriented; accurate measurements and records.
• Able to read and follow written procedures in English and Filipino.
• Comfortable with numbers, weights, and measurements.
• Reliable and punctual; schedule depends on rostered staff.
• Willing to do physical work (standing,long hours, lifting).
• Experience in production/manufacturing is an advantage.
• Experience in FDA-regulated facility is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate filling equipment, and check fill volume at the start of the run and at regular intervals.
• Fill bottles to the correct volume with no spillage, drips, or contamination.
• Crimp pumps and sprayers to the correct tightness, and check the seal holds.
• Fit collars, caps, and closures straight and secure.
• Clean and inspect each bottle before labelling and boxing.
• Apply labels straight, at the correct height, with the correct batch code and expiry.
• Clean and sanitise the production room, work surfaces, and floors before and after every batch.
• Complete the batch production record as you work, not at the end of the day.
• Report daily output, yields, and rejects to the Production Lead.

About the role

• At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate

• Detail-oriented — this job is measuring, checking, and recording, and small errors become whole rejected batches

• Works at a steady pace and can keep it up through a full production run without losing accuracy

• Can read, write, and follow written procedures in English and Filipino

• Comfortable with numbers, weights, and measurements

• Reliable and punctual — production is scheduled around the people rostered for the day

• Willing to do physical work such as standing for long hours, lifting, and repetitive handling

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly work is an advantage

• Experience in a food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or other FDA-regulated facility is an advantage

Tadhana is a Filipino perfume house. We formulate and manufacture our own fragrances at our facility in Pasig and ship them to customers here and overseas. We are FDA-licensed and we work to GMP standards. The bottle a customer opens was filled, sealed, and checked by you.
