We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of production workers to meet company goals and deadlines

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production workers and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards, productivity targets, and safety regulations are met.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members and provide guidance and training as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output levels, downtime, and resource usage.
• Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics to optimize workflow.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained properly and report any issues or breakdowns.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and disciplinary measures when necessary.
• Prepare reports on production performance, issues, and improvement initiatives for management.
• Support onboarding and continuous training of new and existing staff.

Job Requirements
